Hello, I’m Elizabeth and I work with clients looking for support with all kinds of challenges, from depression and anxiety to simply feeling a bit stuck in life. I offer a safe, confidential, and warm environment for you to deal with difficulties, change behaviours, and understand yourself and your worries a little better.

I am trained in Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, and Trauma and Recovery therapy and I am able to offer counselling and psychotherapy as a Trainee TA Psychotherapist in Advanced Clinical Training.

How does it work?

As we are all adapting to the current situation around social distancing measures, I am pleased to be able to offer 50 minute sessions online via a number of platforms, or via the phone. These sessions have been working well for many clients. Please book a free consultation to find out if this will work for you.

I am also able to offer a concessionary rate for NHS and other essential workers during this time.

In normal circumstances I offer 50 minute sessions in my private office in rural Wadhurst, or from the therapy rooms at the Wealden Psychology Institute in Crowborough.

To find out more you can make an appointment for a free initial consultation during which we will discuss what is troubling you, and get an idea of approximately how many sessions you might need. Usually, clients will initially work with me for 6-8 sessions.
